1. เราคือใคร
Pawbell (pawbell.app) คือแอปสำหรับร้านอาบน้ำตัดขนสัตว์เลี้ยง ช่าง และเจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยง ใช้รับสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าร้านด้วย QR บันทึกงานด้วยเสียง แจ้งสถานะ นัดหมาย และรับเงิน
สำหรับข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้ Pawbell เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล ส่วนข้อมูลที่ร้านบันทึกเกี่ยวกับลูกค้าและสัตว์เลี้ยงของร้าน ร้านนั้นเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล และ Pawbell เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนร้าน ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยง (ลูกค้า)
- ชื่อ และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ — ร้านมองไม่เห็นเบอร์โทรของคุณ
- เบอร์โทรที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ (รับรหัส OTP ทาง SMS) ถ้าคุณเลือกผูกเบอร์
- ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยง: ชื่อ ชนิด พันธุ์ อายุ น้ำหนัก ขนาด ลักษณะขน
- ประวัติการใช้บริการ นัดหมาย บริการที่เลือก ข้อความถึงร้าน ความเห็นต่อบริการ คำตอบเรื่องงานเพิ่ม และการยินยอมเงื่อนไขของร้าน
- การจ่ายเงิน: ยอดเงิน วิธีจ่าย รูปสลิปโอนเงิน และรูปใบเสร็จที่ร้านส่งให้ — เราไม่เก็บเลขบัตร รหัสผ่าน หรือข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบธนาคาร
ร้านและพนักงาน
- ชื่อร้าน เบอร์ร้าน เวลาเปิด–ปิด บริการและราคา โปรโมชั่น
- เลข PromptPay ชื่อบัญชี และเลขบัญชีธนาคารที่ร้านใส่เพื่อให้ลูกค้าโอนเงิน
- ชื่อพนักงาน ตำแหน่ง ชนิดสัตว์ที่รับทำ งานที่ทำ ค่าคอม การเบิกเงิน และการปิดยอดเงินสด
ข้อมูลที่ร้านบันทึกเกี่ยวกับสัตว์เลี้ยง
- ทรงที่ตัด อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ ข้อควรระวัง (เช่น กัด เจ็บขา) ข้อมูลสุขภาพที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง รูปผลงาน และบันทึกอุบัติเหตุ
- ข้อมูลภายในร้านส่วนนี้ ลูกค้าไม่เห็น ยกเว้นสิ่งที่ร้านเลือกส่งให้ (รูปผลงานที่แชร์ บันทึกอุบัติเหตุ ใบเสร็จ)
เสียงพูด
การพูดบันทึกใช้ระบบพิมพ์ด้วยเสียงของโทรศัพท์ (Apple / Google) ซึ่งแปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความตามนโยบายของผู้ผลิตโทรศัพท์ Pawbell ได้รับเฉพาะข้อความ ไม่ได้บันทึกหรือเก็บไฟล์เสียง
ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค
รหัสบัญชีแบบสุ่ม และข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการแจ้งเตือนในโทรศัพท์ เราไม่ใช้ระบบติดตามโฆษณา
3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร
- รับสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าร้าน แจ้งสถานะ แจ้งเตือนนัด และเตือนรอบอาบน้ำ
- ให้ช่างรู้ประวัติและข้อควรระวัง เพื่อความปลอดภัยของสัตว์เลี้ยงและช่าง
- คิดเงิน ตรวจสลิป ออกใบเสร็จ และคิดค่าคอมพนักงาน
- แจ้งเหตุฉุกเฉินให้เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงติดต่อร้านทันที
- ยืนยันตัวตนเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยเบอร์โทรบนเครื่องใหม่
เราไม่ขายข้อมูล ไม่ส่งข้อมูลให้ผู้ลงโฆษณา และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา
4. ใครเห็นข้อมูล
- ร้านที่คุณส่งสัตว์เลี้ยงไป เห็นชื่อคุณ ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยง และประวัติที่ร้านนั้น — ร้านอื่นไม่เห็น
- ช่าง เห็นเฉพาะสัตว์เลี้ยงที่ตัวเองทำหรือได้รับมอบหมาย เจ้าของร้านและผู้จัดการเห็นทั้งร้าน
- ผู้ให้บริการที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของแอป ซึ่งประมวลผลแทนเราเท่านั้น:
- Supabase — ฐานข้อมูล ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ และที่เก็บรูปภาพ
- ผู้ให้บริการส่ง SMS — ส่งรหัส OTP ไปยังเบอร์ที่คุณใส่
- Apple / Google — การแจ้งเตือน และระบบพิมพ์ด้วยเสียงของโทรศัพท์
- หน่วยงานรัฐ เมื่อมีคำสั่งตามกฎหมาย
5. เก็บที่ไหน ปลอดภัยแค่ไหน และนานเท่าไร
- เก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Supabase ในศูนย์ข้อมูลภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก ส่งข้อมูลผ่านการเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และเข้ารหัสขณะจัดเก็บ
- สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงถูกบังคับที่ฐานข้อมูล: ร้านไม่เห็นเบอร์โทรลูกค้า ลูกค้าไม่เห็นบันทึกภายในร้าน ช่างเห็นเฉพาะงานของตัวเอง
- รูปภาพ (สลิป ใบเสร็จ ผลงาน อุบัติเหตุ) เก็บแบบส่วนตัว เปิดได้เฉพาะผู้มีสิทธิ์ผ่านลิงก์ที่หมดอายุภายใน 1 ชั่วโมง
- เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งาน เมื่อคุณขอลบบัญชี เราจะลบภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่ร้านจำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย เช่น ข้อมูลการรับเงิน หรือบันทึกอุบัติเหตุ ซึ่งจะเก็บไม่เกินที่กฎหมายกำหนด และตัดข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวคุณออกเท่าที่ทำได้
6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ (PDPA)
คุณขอดู ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ แก้ชื่อและข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยงได้เองในแอป หรือ ขอลบบัญชี เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน และคุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้
ข้อมูลที่ร้านบันทึกเกี่ยวกับคุณหรือสัตว์เลี้ยงของคุณ คุณขอให้ร้านนั้นแก้ไขหรือลบได้โดยตรง หรือติดต่อเรา แล้วเราจะประสานกับร้านให้
เด็ก
แอปออกแบบสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีควรใช้งานโดยได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
ถ้าเราเปลี่ยนนโยบายนี้ในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปก่อนมีผล

Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Pawbell (pawbell.app) is an app for pet grooming shops, their groomers and pet owners: QR check-in, voice notes, live status updates, bookings and payments. Pawbell is the data controller for account data; for records a shop keeps about its customers and their pets, the shop is the controller and Pawbell processes the data on its behalf (Thailand Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562).
2. Data we collect
- Pet owners: name and phone number (never shown to shops); optional login phone number for one-time SMS codes; pet details (name, species, breed, age, weight, size, coat); visits, bookings, chosen services, messages to the shop, feedback, answers to extra-work requests and acceptance of shop terms; payments (amount, method, transfer-slip photo, receipt photo). We never collect card numbers, passwords or online-banking credentials.
- Shops and staff: shop name, phone, hours, services, prices and promotions; PromptPay ID, account name and bank account number entered by the shop to receive transfers; staff names, positions, work done, commission, advances and cash counts.
- Shop records about pets: grooming styles, tools, handling warnings, health notes, work photos and incident reports. These are internal to the shop and not visible to the owner, except what the shop chooses to share.
- Voice: dictation uses the phone's built-in speech-to-text (Apple / Google). Pawbell only receives the resulting text and does not record or store audio.
- Technical: a random account ID and what is needed to deliver notifications. No advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
To check pets in, show live status, send reminders and emergency alerts, keep groomers informed of handling warnings, record payments and receipts, calculate staff commission, and verify your identity when you sign in on a new phone. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who can see it
- The shop you visit sees your name, your pet's details and your history at that shop — other shops do not.
- Groomers see only pets they work on; shop owners and managers see their whole shop.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), an SMS provider (one-time codes), Apple / Google (notifications and on-device dictation).
- Authorities, when required by law.
5. Storage, security and retention
Data is stored with Supabase in the Asia-Pacific region, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access rules are enforced in the database (shops cannot read customers' phone numbers; customers cannot read shop-internal notes; groomers only see their own work). Photos are private and opened through links that expire within an hour. We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, except records a shop must keep by law (such as payments or incident reports), which are kept no longer than required and de-identified where possible.
6. Your rights
You may access, copy, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data and withdraw consent. Edit your name and pets in the app, or request account deletion. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). The app is intended for adults; users under 20 should have a parent's consent. We will notify you in the app before material changes to this policy take effect.
