วิธีขอลบ

ส่งอีเมลถึง support@pawbell.app หัวข้อ “ขอลบบัญชี Pawbell” พร้อมแจ้ง:

เบอร์โทรที่ผูกกับบัญชี (หรือชื่อที่ใช้ในแอป ถ้ายังไม่ได้ผูกเบอร์)
คุณใช้แอปในฐานะ ลูกค้า / ช่าง / เจ้าของร้าน

เราจะยืนยันตัวตน (อาจส่งรหัสไปที่เบอร์ของคุณ) แล้วลบภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งกลับเมื่อเสร็จ

ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ

บัญชี ชื่อ เบอร์โทร และเบอร์ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ
ข้อมูลสัตว์เลี้ยงของคุณ นัดหมาย ข้อความ ความเห็น และรูปที่คุณอัปโหลด
เจ้าของร้าน: ข้อมูลร้าน พนักงาน และข้อมูลลูกค้าที่ร้านบันทึกไว้ (โปรดส่งออกข้อมูลที่ต้องการก่อน)

ข้อมูลที่อาจเก็บต่อ

ข้อมูลที่ร้านจำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย เช่น ข้อมูลการรับเงิน หรือบันทึกอุบัติเหตุ อาจถูกเก็บต่อไม่เกินระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด และจะตัดข้อมูลที่ระบุตัวคุณออกเท่าที่ทำได้ สำเนาสำรองของระบบจะถูกลบตามรอบภายใน 30 วัน

Delete your Pawbell account

How to request deletion

Email support@pawbell.app with the subject “Delete my Pawbell account”, including the phone number linked to your account (or the name you use in the app) and whether you use Pawbell as a pet owner, groomer or shop owner. We will verify your identity (we may text a code to your number), delete your account within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account, name, phone number and login phone number
Your pets, bookings, messages, feedback and photos you uploaded
Shop owners: the shop, its staff and the customer records it keeps (please export anything you need first)

What may be kept

Records a shop must keep by law, such as payment records or incident reports, may be retained no longer than the law requires and de-identified where possible. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
